The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the Operational Facilities Manager. On and off the job training will be provided through a recognised educational body. The candidate will also have the opportunity to work towards further education in facilities services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career within Facilities Management and gain experience in a varied role.
We are seeking a positive individual who has great communication skills both written and verbal and good attention to detail. Applicants do not require previous railway experience although previous administration experience will be highly desirable.
The successful Apprentice will be supported to complete their NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
- Minimum of three GCSE's grade A to C (or equivalent)
- Competent with Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Excellent time management and organisational Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
