Do you have Standards Management experience with a flair for articulating yourself both verbally and via written communication? Do you have an interest in writing railway standards and enjoy seeing things through to ensure operational staff are aware and trained in new or updated standards?
The Standards Manager is a new role and is key to supporting the busines to eliminate risk and ensuring that GBRf maintain operational compliance in line with internal, group, H&S, Railway and business standards.
You will work closely and support the Head of Standards with ownership, production, updating and continuous improvement to GBRf standards, deputizing at internal stakeholder meetings.
You will engage with the Business Implementation Team to ensure that upcoming and new traffic is compliant with standards and industry best practice, attending regular meetings where applicable.
You will liaise with the Head of Resourcing and Training Manager, to identify the operational training requirements of the business and ensure all elements of governance are in place.
