Overview

We are looking for a detail-orientated Data Entry Assistant to join us on a 3-month basis to support the transfer of information from one recruitment system to another. This role will help make the transition smoother and will make a big difference to the business in improving our Hiring process and candidate experience.

 

Accuracy is key in this role – getting the information right first time will help the team work more efficiently and avoid delays. It’s also important to work at pace to keep things moving!

The salary on offer is up to £26,000 (pro-rata'd for the 3 -month contract) and will be based in our Peterborough or London office 5 days a week for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records by accurately transferring candidate and recruitment data from one ATS to another.
  • Check entries to ensure accuracy, raising any issues identified to the Talent team
  • Identify duplicate records and merge them during the transfer process.
  • Liaise with recruitment team to resolve any issues and keep things moving smoothly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling personal data.
  • Support with other ad-hoc admin duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • GCSE in English and Maths level 4 or above

  • Understanding and appreciation of Data Protection rules and need for confidentiality in the workplace.

  • Self-Motivated and organised

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
