We are offering a fantastic new role within our Finance team based at the Port of Felixstowe. The Sales Ledger and Contract Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the exisiting sales ledger function, liaising with contract managers to ensure billing sheets are completed correctly and in accordance with the contracts in place. The successful applicant will also be responsible for raising sales ledger invoices and credit notes via our internal systems Navision and Fargo TOPS. The role will also assist with other finance functions as required.
Training will be provided for candidates who show an aptitude for this type of work and ideally have some experience gained within a fiance department or administration role.
GB Railfreight’s Engineering team is looking to expand and are seeking an Engineering Assistant who will work within the European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) Project Team. The candidate will report to the Head of Engineering Contracts, and will support other members within the team, and across the business, to successfully roll out ERTMS within the company.
